A practical checklist
How to save a form submission confirmation for your records.
Before submitting, review the ordinary fields you want to remember and exclude sensitive data such as passwords, payment-card details, one-time codes, identity documents, and medical or financial secrets.

Capture the useful evidence
- Save the chosen non-sensitive field labels and values
- Record the page title and address
- After submission, add the site's confirmation or reference number
You can also print the page, save a PDF, or write down the receiving site's reference number when those options are available.
Know the limit: a personal receipt is not proof of delivery or acceptance. Only the receiving site's own acknowledgement can confirm what it received.
SubmitSentry stores receipt content locally on your device. It is intended for ordinary, non-sensitive forms—not medical, immigration, legal, financial, or identity-document workflows.
