No data is stored by this page. Submission navigates to a fixed confirmation URL and the result is always fictional.

Run your first private receipt

  1. Open SubmitSentry and choose Capture form before submitting.
  2. Review the preview: keep the ordinary fields, confirm the sensitive examples are excluded, and save the receipt.
  3. Return here and choose Submit fictional application.
  4. On the fixed confirmation page, open SubmitSentry and choose Add confirmation.

SubmitSentry should include the ordinary fields below and exclude the password, card, OTP, and file controls before review.

What success looks like

Your saved receipt contains the ordinary fields with no password, card number, one-time code, or file. After you choose Add confirmation, the fixed reference SS-DEMO-10482 is attached to that local receipt.
