A procurement portal checklist
Keep a private record of a proposal or RFP submission.
Procurement portals may collect proposal details across several screens without giving your team a durable sent copy. SubmitSentry can help you keep a local record of selected ordinary fields and the visible page around them.
Install free from the Chrome Web StoreFive captures are included free. Lifetime access is €9.99 once; no subscription.
Before you submit
- Complete and review the proposal in the buyer's official portal.
- Capture only ordinary details worth remembering, such as the proposal title, buyer, solicitation or RFP reference, deadline, and visible submission step.
- Remove pricing, bank or payment details, tax identifiers, credentials, personal data, confidential attachments, trade secrets, and any other restricted content.
- Save the local record, then return to the portal and submit normally.
After submission
Attach the portal's own confirmation page, reference, or official status when available. Keep the buyer's portal, procurement contact, and formal acknowledgement as the authoritative sources.
Know the limit: a local SubmitSentry record is not proof of receipt or delivery, acceptance, compliance, eligibility, evaluation, or award.
SubmitSentry does not submit the proposal, inspect uploaded files, monitor the procurement process, contact the buyer, verify compliance, or send receipt content to its service. Receipt content stays in Chrome on your device.
