Privacy policy

Your receipts stay local.

Receipt content—including field labels and values, screenshots, confirmation text, URLs, titles, and browsing context—is stored in Chrome on your device and never sent to SubmitSentry's license service or Stripe.

License data

The license service receives the license key and a random installation identifier during activation and periodic validation. It stores those identifiers, activation timestamps, license status, Stripe Checkout and PaymentIntent identifiers, and purchaser email. It never receives receipt content.

Payment data

Stripe processes payment on its hosted page. SubmitSentry application code never receives card details.

Support submissions

Support submissions may include the optional reply email and message you choose to provide. The submission, ticket status, and any brand response are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure for up to 90 days and used only to review and answer the request. Anyone with the private status link can view the ticket status and brand response, but not the submitted email or message. No IP address, browser fingerprint, or user agent is stored with a ticket. Use the support form for privacy and support requests.
