A supplier registration checklist
Keep a private record of a vendor onboarding form.
Buyer and procurement portals may ask for company information across several screens without giving you a durable copy of the ordinary details you entered. SubmitSentry can help you keep a local record of selected non-sensitive fields and the visible page around them.
Install free from the Chrome Web StoreFive captures are included free. Lifetime access is €9.99 once; no subscription.
Before you submit
- Complete the onboarding form yourself and follow the buyer's official instructions.
- Capture only ordinary details worth remembering, such as the organization name, contact role, onboarding reference, selected supplier category, and visible next step.
- Remove tax identifiers, bank or payment details, credentials, identity documents, beneficial ownership information, signatures, and any other confidential content.
- Save the local record, then return to the portal and submit normally.
After submission
Attach the portal's own confirmation page, reference, or official status when available. Keep using the buyer's supplier profile, procurement contact, and official portal status as the authoritative sources.
Know the limit: a local SubmitSentry record is not proof of registration or receipt, approval, verified supplier status, eligibility, or acceptance by a buyer.
SubmitSentry does not submit the onboarding form, inspect uploaded files, monitor the portal, contact the buyer, verify company information, or send receipt content to its service. Receipt content stays in Chrome on your device.
